Software Evaluation FormThe software evaluation form was created in Microsoft Publisher and is available here in PDF format, which, with Adobe Reader 7 or 8, can be saved locally.It was created by including the aspects that will be most useful to a teacher who is considering a piece of sofware. There is no substitute for the actual demo of a piece of software by a teacher, and any review should only be used as a guide.
