      The role of the information specialist has become much more complex over the last ten years. With the advent of technology, the standards-based movement, flexible scheduling, and the emphasis on teaching and learning in context, the information specialist must be proficient in a whole host of areas.

      This page is meant to provide links to some of sites used during a six-hour workshop and provide access to the finished products and other areas of interest for the information specialists and administrators participating in this project. The links on the handouts may become outdated and I encourage you to search out current versions of sites dealing with these topics.
